Senior Crew Selection and Deployment Support

We specialize in providing manpower support services for senior crew members in distant-water fishing, covering the following nine key positions:

Fishing Master

Locate fish and direct fishing operations. Oversee gear maintenance, catch handling, and storage.

Captain

Command vessel operations, navigation, and safety. Handle port coordination, administration, and emergency drills.

Chief Engineer

Oversee machinery operation and maintenance. Manage fuel, lubricants, engine room safety, and pollution prevention.

Chief Mate

Manage deck crew, maintenance, and cargo operations. Oversee ballast and cold storage, and keep navigational watches.

Navigation Officer

Keep bridge watches and maintain course, speed, and lookout. Operate radar, ECDIS, and GPS.

Bosun

Lead deck crew in maintenance, mooring, and anchoring. Oversee lifting operations and secure fishing gear and cargo.

Lookout

Maintain a lookout for vessels, hazards, and weather changes. Immediately report sightings or unusual conditions to the watch officer.

Radio Operator

Operate and maintain communications equipment. Handle weather and safety updates, ship-to-shore communications, and logs.

Second Engineer

Supervise engineering crew and machinery maintenance. Manage watch schedules, repairs, spare parts, and tools.

All personnel possess valid boarding qualifications, professional practical experience, and up-to-date health certificates, and fully comply with the operational standards and safety regulations set by the shipowner.
